The Client: FSI.

The Brief: Solve access to and from the property and within the boundaries. Separate the more private areas from the rest of the garden. Incorporate a swimming pool, green houses (cold houses), organic herb and vegetable gardens. Children’s play areas, sports areas and an area for contemplation.

Concept Design: We designed for separate accesses to the house, areas with views of the surrounding landscape of hills, mountains and valleys, in addition we created very private spaces such as walled gardens and dense green areas. We located the sports areas, children areas and a small zoo beyond landforms to create more privacy. We allowed for out view access to the different areas for employees and for deliveries. Views from the house are selected and intentionally designed for.
